EricLIVINGSTONIt is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Eric Livingston, a beloved husband and father, who passed away in hospital on Sunday, 8th June 2025, at the age of 89.
Eric was a devoted and loving husband to his wife Sylvia and a kind and considerate father to his son Andrew, also he took great pleasure having a dram and a good blether with his daughter in law, Jane.
He was a wise and caring grandad to Zoe, a special person in his life. Also a loyal and generous friend to many. Whether he was telling jokes or chasing rainbows (trout) he approached life with a sense of humour and would do anything for anyone who needed help. He was very special to us and will be sorely missed.
A celebration of life will be held at, Roucan Loch Crematorium on Friday 27th June 2025, at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the British Legion at Castle Douglas.
Rest in peace, Eric. You will forever be in our thoughts and hearts.
